Here are mine:
Design by Taliah Lempert, a NYC-resident artist, bike enthusiast and track racer (at Kissena Velodrome). I bought the first from her at one of the semi-annual Brooklyn Bike Jumble Saturdays, and when Fishs Eddy seemed not to carry them anymore, found another on eBay. One for work, one to keep at home.
She's still selling this one:
