Turning Pro the Phil Giamon Way
I came across a great Podcast interview with Phil Gaimon on Semi-Pro Cycling. He talks about how he went from being a couch potato, to amateur, to pro rider on Garmin-Sharp.
Here is the Link
He also has a book coming out called Pro Cycling on $10 a Day

Although Phil Gaimon is a professional, I intentionally posted this in the 33 because the content of the podcast is primarily tips and techniques that apply to amateur racing.
