Trek Full Stache 8 or Fuel EX 5 Plus?
Hey everyone,
Looking to buy a full suspension mountain bike. Gonna use it as an all around bike riding on roads but at the same time going to local trails. Stuck between these 2 bikes listed above, can you guys help me decide?

Stay away from the Full Stache. Frame is too flexy and Trek knows it. That's why they are heavily discounting them.

I would steer clear though. Not only does it have a flexy frame, but it has a low bottom bracket which will lead to pedal strikes.

I would steer clear though. Not only does it have a flexy frame, but it has a low bottom bracket which will lead to pedal strikes.

So does the fuel. Its obnoxious how low it is. I have the 27+ model in xl... pedal strikes are required. Its difficult to use in technical terrain. It ended up being a requirement of my next bike to have a higher BB. It was shockingly bad. Definitely suites the mid west I suppose.
