Keeping Headphones In Place??
The wrap around the ear kind. Any ideas or proven methods on ways to keep my one headphone firmly lodged in my ear. Or can anyone recommed a set wrap around or not that stays in place.

I have an idea, don't wear headphones. Problem solved.
It's a really bad idea to wear headphones while riding a bike. I am aware of my surroundings and even have a mirror on my bike, and sometimes the only warning I get(blind curves or hills) is the noise of the vehicle. Even one headphone can significantly impair your ability to hear.
Of course, if you are on the trainer you could try this.

I think the Koss KSC-75 looks like a good setup. Individual phones that clip onto the ear.
I don't own them, and I don't engage in the controversial practice of riding with headphones. I think I would find the music distracting; I enjoy my ride.

Bah!
In the state of Maryland you are allowed to have one ear piece in an ear while cycling.
If you look at the pro peloton, most riders have an ear piece in one ear while racing. (Venga, venga, Venga! Allez, allez, allez!)
NexCare Waterproof Foam Tape works well, but it's pricey. Last I used it (to treat plantar fasciitis while running), the tape is flesh colored.

Why do you people care if I ride with headphones or even without a helmet for that matter. How or why does this concern you. Quit hijacking my thread. I personally couldn't imagine not having something in my ear during a ride weather it be a game or sports talk radio or whatever. I've had my batteries go out on me before when i was like an hour away from my house and talk about f'n lame, i seriously don't see how you guys do it.

I have both the Sennheiser OMX70
and Koss KSC75
I use both for running and both stay on the head very well. The Senns look really cool but cant touch the audio quality of the Koss KSC75, which happen to be my favorite pair of headphones under $50, EVER!!!

I saw 17 replies and only opened this out of curiosity to see how many responses were of the "don't use them" varity. Quite honestly, I'm surprised the OP got as many "real" responses as he did!

On the other hand, when you're out riding by yourself, or with a small group, you have no control over other riders, motorists, pedestrians, etc.
That said, as long as you don't cause an accident, or run into ME, I don't care whether you listen to headphones or not, best wishes out there on the road and good luck.

Here's and idea! if he wants to ride with head phones let him. Its not like your going to stop him. If your so scared of getting hurt stay inside and ride. And from reading some of these post you know your going to crash anyway. Isn't that WHY you shave your legs?

Actually, we don't know you, so maybe you are not aware how dangerous it is. It really isn't hijacking a thread to talk about headphones while biking when the original thread is talking about headphones while biking.
