Every once in awhile I check crazyguyonabike.com. There are people still doing expedition touring. I'm wondering what happens when they get to NY state. Do they quarantine for 14 days after they cross the border?

In 1992 I traveled around the country in a VW pop top camper not quite the same as a bike tour but I did see about 30 states lots of natural beauty and interesting places and people.Broke down, encountered kind strangers, I often forget many folks haven't been out of their county or state.
