80's era. Looks like nothing special. Depending on the condition of the components, I'd say it's fair in these COVID times. Looks like it hasn't been used in awhile so you have some updating to do. Ask him if those are cracks in the last pic.

I'd recommend aiming a bit higher than that Sekai. (I'm also going to assume you're tall)
