Noise in WH-7850-C24-CL rear wheel rim

Noise in WH-7850-C24-CL rear wheel rim
Hi,
I bought a set of WH-7850-C24-CL wheels a couple weeks ago and today I noticed some pretty loud rattling noise in the back wheel. I took the wheel off and the noise seems to come from the rim of the wheel, as if a piece of metal or a rock was stuck in it. What is really weird is that it happens only when there is a tire on the wheel and when the tube is fully inflated. When I deflate the tube, the noise stop. I checked the spokes and they dont seem loose.
Does anyone ever had a similar problem? What can cause this? Should I stop using this wheel and if not, is there a way to fix this? It's really annoying.
