A stray followed you home or you got home and it was sitting on your doorstep?

I wouldn't complain about a random 400 showing up on my doorstep!

I helped an older couple move some deck furniture and as always I asked if they had any old or unused bikes...the rest is history...cleaner in person and will be an easy redo.
We have clear weather forecast for the next couple of days, this will be back on the road!

a friend was cleaning out his garage a few years ago and gifted me some 3 speeds I would have loved to keep it but ended up fixing the shift cable and passing it along as a project

Well done, billnuke1

I envy you guys on The Cape sometimes. Your winter's are usually pretty mild by New England standards, and you have many more "rideable" days in the winter.

With my lighter workload and the lengthening days I got about 8.5 miles in this week...mostly neighborhood riding...been windy, too...heavier MTB riding...no appreciable snow yet.
Definitely taking the light aluminum Specialized out tomorrow, Friday, I have a need for speed!
Nice to be envied.

Oooo! Ahhhhh!

Got stopped on the street today...”Do you still that bike thing?”...”Yup...””My father is getting rid of some old Raleigh bikes, you want’em?””Yup...”...gotten!

Hubs say ‘70s...old guy said, “bought’em mid ‘60s”...nice B72...

“Might as well take that, too.” “Ok...”
