Front Derailleur upgrade Giant Escape 3 2015

Hello,

I will upgrade the groupset from 3x 7 Tourney to 3x10 speed (Deore or SLX). I need help for choosing front derailleur as i can't find any specs for current one ( for sure is a Tourney).

Will FD-M771 fit my groupset and frame?

I just realised that FD-M771 is 9 speed. So, anyone know a compatible 10 speed FD for my Escape 3?

Have you checked your rear hub compatibility?

Front derailleurs are the least finicky of all components. Chances are that the one you have will work quite well, especially if youre not changing the crankset.
