$$$$SOLD$$$$ 1985 57cm De Rosa Professional, 7 speed Campagnolo C-Record group
Red De Rosa Professional, 57cm square, with full 7 speed Campagnolo C-Record group. Has nicks and dings (see pics), was in storage and needs to be cleaned. Complete bike as pictured, EXCEPT the wheel set.
I would prefer a local sale, so buyer can inspect in person, but will ship if someone is interested and understands the frame/paint is not perfect.
$$$$SOLD$$$$
Please see CL ad for complete set of pics:

Know what? If someone wants it for $450, let's deal. I want it gone. I just edited the OP to reflect the price drops.

BUMP - wheel set has been sold, but the rest of the bike is available. Full frame set with C Record group, $650 plus shipping.
Or, make me an offer on the parts you want. I'm taking this sucker apart.

I'll get some up... I just stripped the bike down last night, and will be parting it out in another ad. Here's the new CL ad:
https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/bik...617331074.html
No, the frame has not been sold. If you want it PM me.....it'll be going to eBay as soon as I get a chance to remove the crank and bottom bracket.

@bigbossman, I’m interested, too, if it’s still available. PM sent. I am local and would be glad to take the whole thing minus the wheels. Save you from dealing with a bunch of different schmucks.

@bikemig, I wasn’t referring to you. I meant all the CL schmucks if he ended up parting it out. No offense meant. If he sells to me, he’ll just have to deal with one schmuck. FWIW, I haven’t heard from bbm yet, so he may have another buyer in line.

I didn't take it personally. It was said as a joke. Who wouldn't prefer a local sale?

I'd be glad to see this end up in the hands of a BF'er. I already have a De Rosa but thought about going for it anyway just because. I might be interested in the parts but wouldn't be in a position to deal with it until July. (Moving, spending money like a drunken sailor on house buying and selling)

Simmer down, guys.
All PM's and emails have been answered. No solid "I'll take it", so it is still up for grabs. I should note that the DT shifters are NOT Campagnolo, they are Simplex Retro-Friction. Still, the frameset and all parts for $650 or best reasonable offer.
