I think you are refering to the tires. They are good tires I use them and have had 0 flats.

Same here, no flats in about 1000 miles.
Another thing i've noticed is that I don't have to put as much air in my tube between rides, it's like the air leaks out slower with the gators. Have any of you noticed this?
What PSI are you guys running them at?

Yeah, pretty good. A bit heavy though. My ProRace2's seem to get just as many flats and are much lighter (and come in pretty colours!).

Gatorskins are great, I did get a flat with them a couple weeks ago. I was going downhill at about 30mph. I got a quick glimpse of what looked like a piece of rusted metal about an inch high. Got a fast leaking pinch flat (two holes). I managed a controlled stop. I replaced the tube. The rim looks ok. But the tire itself looks like it took a little damage. Decided to replace it. I'm sure if I had one of those old nylon tires my bike came with I would have been making a phone call for a ride home. I went out and bought another gatorskin.

No not get the wire rim version of this tire. Hard as heck to mount on many wheels. Durable tire otherwise and even though they are a bit heavier than others(you got to pay for the puncture resistance somehow) the Gatorskin is a good all around tire.

- very good flat protection
- long wearing
- great ride
...when I learn of another tire that can match this combination, I'll buy it - in the meantime, it's the Gators. Gotta have that flat protection. As careful as I am, I still run through all kinds of glass and debris, and on downhills (as mentioned) that's bad news!
