I have Superbe brake calipers on my Trek, and I found a set of Superbe clamp on shifters in my parts bin. I want to go ahead and change everything over.

I have braze-on fronts from that era. They may be a bit later, dating to the last few years before ST went out of business.

I also have some levers tucked away someplace, and a few Sprint RD,s which are the same basic platform, but no as nice cosmetics, and no ball bearing pulleys.

Fee free to Pm me if you have any interest.

I, too, have the front levers. They function adequately, but are some of the most gorgeous DT levers ever made.

It looks like you've got a 28 on there now- totally apples and oranges, but I haven't gotten my late model Superbe Pro to work on a 28. Then again, it's me trying it...

BTW- MII Cyclone is nothing to sneeze at- especially for that bike.

I think I have a clamp on FD in my bin. I will look tonight when I get home to see what condition it is in.

Not sure if you were referring to me, but I had no trouble getting my Superbe to work with a 28t FW.

I'm on the same hunt as you. Did you get the front derailleur from Steve? If not, I'll shoot him a message.
