Picked up an old Indi 500 ladies Shimano 3spd bike 26 1/4" wheels for nothing that didn't do any work at all! i'm amazed and also enthused.

Using the rear wheel for this bike, the front will have a 700c wheel which is meant for the bike, Just used an old brake meant for 27" wheels at the rear.
Chainring might be a bit big, see how she goes.

I scored a Bridgestone Albelt at a local Japan surplus place for $80. That was a little more than I was looking to spend but I was more or less buying an aluminum frame that was belt drive ready. I'll probably throw a chain on it to get the 3spd ratios into a more usable range for my riding but it's getting me around fine for now as is. Then I found a chain drive Bridgestone with the same Nexus 3 hub ($50) so I'll have one to ride while working on the other.

Good things comes to those.. if you're quick!
Dunno how they managed to wrap the rear inner tube around the wheel, and it still holds air

Most of the road side flat fixers here pull the tube out without dismounting the wheel. They generally don't have the tools or knowledge to go "by the book" on the incredibly wide range of hardware they have to deal with.
