Does anybody have any leads, ideas, frames, friends, clues, pointers, stores, auctions, whatever for a 54cc-60cc Wicher track frame.

Its an old Polish bicycle manufacturer, they started in 1891 and at one point made track bikes. I've googled in Polish, but to no avail. Hoping to find one here in the states.
