Is this a good deal?
I am looking at getting my first road bike in 40 years (currently have a specialized flat bar and a Gary Fisher MITB). There is a local ad selling a Fuji Roubaix United for cheap. Looks to be in good shape. Bike blue book says these bikes listed MSRP was over 2K new. Not knowing a lot about road bikes, looking for some advice.

Your best bet for ballpark price is to look it up on ebay and click "sold listings" on the side. People can ask for a million dollars all day long, but what is actually sells for is what matters.
And as others have said, fit and condition are important.
