Can I get a Römer Jockey on to my awesome bike.
Hi All!
Been busy, need a Römer Jockey (scary thought that I'll reproduce, eh?).
Anyone have one ... need to decide whether I should bring the MTB over from Germany or just use it on this bike?

Congrats!
I don't know if your question is serious or just a Trojan horse to the announcement. Kiddo won't be able to use a seat like that until he's able to sit up well, like 8 mo. Every kid thing sold here in the States says don't use it before age 1. So you have some time to figure it out.

I'm making a trip over to Germany to get all of the used kiddo stuff as we're the last couple to have a kid in the social circle. Most people save the good stuff and cycle around the social group. It seems there's changing table/cabinet, crib, travel system (pram chassis, laydown, ISOFIX car seat, shedloads of clothes and such, about 200 cloth diapers, etc...)
Just curious whether I should grab the old MTB (as we have 3 bikes already and space is tight in the UK) and the front/rear bike seats as I think we'll try to pump out a second one quickly as we're getting old (both over 40).
Also, FYI, the leading German consumer mag gave that seat a fail (5,0), so maybe I'll look around or just take it if it's lying around. One failed for cancer-causing chemicals, one for mechanical failure and two for design failure (the Römer Jockey)

Are you going to measure cost per day on the kid?
