SoCal Bike Tour Operator Recommendations
Hi all,
I'm looking for a good bike tour operator in California. Interested primarily in road (vs mountain bike) tours. Who would you recommend?
Thanks a million,
Ron in Montreal, Canada

Many tour companies have rides in Wine Country, i.e. Napa and Sonoma valley. I don't know of any in Southern California... What kind of touring do you want to do...

You can check out Undiscovered Country, udctours.com or cycling escapes, cyclingescapes.com, both are based in CA with the latter in Socal. Adventure cycling, adventurecycling.org, has tours in CA, but they want you to camp. If you like that sort of thing, they are by far the cheapest. But I hear they fill up fast cuz they're so inexpensive.
