I looked up the specs, and it comes stock with: 48/36/26, with an 11-36 cassette. That's walking speed already. What did you change?

Change: Crawling speed! 40/30/22

Yea, that's low. Stock rings are worth something (to me) if you still have them.

Bike built from frame so no “extra” parts for sale I’m afraid.
