SOLD: Stella
Something a little different: a Stella. It's from France and that's about all I know. Its about 56cm square.
This is a total project bike. Assume that it needs all new consumables. I'll throw in a French handlebar, and some new bar tape. Sorry, I don't have any new tires.
$200 SOLD as it sits, come get it or add shipping of $70 west/$90 east.

Cool bike and nice job with the pics as well. Are those steel rims? I know they're mavic. I've never seen mavic steel rims though.

Cool bike. I think those rims are aluminum.

That looks like the same model that gave the Atari 2600 its "Stella" code name: The real "STELLA"

Oy. If I just didn't buy the Favorit frame I'd have actually bought this...not even a fan of French wares, but this is gorgeous.

Prugnat 62/d lug pattern
Vagner DL pattern crown
combination of allen key c/w bolts on the 49D paired with that model of Atom QR skewer represnets a slight temporal contradiction
first year for allen key c/w bolts on 49D was 1973 while last year for this model of Atom QR was 1972
likely just a case of the factory in Nantes "using up what is in the bin"
sometimes it seems like every Stella road machine we have in the U.S. was brought in during 1973...
cycle is shown without pedals, are there any included with it?

I think so too. The knurled rims threw me off a bit but early aluminum rims had this I think. This is a cool bike. Someone will buy it.
This is tempting, : ) But hopefully someone snaps this up before I do something crazy like buy it.

That looks like an SX73. I have a hunch the red lug lining was added. Mine has gold lining, as, it appears, does the fork on this bike.

Great call on the model. That is such a neat bike and it's from an interesting company.
