90 box jumps - 30 each leg, 30 both legs.

Tonight a single track shred with a pro MTB buddy. I expect to be thoroughly schooled. My goal is to escape without injury.

Rode El Tour de Tucson sat (104mi), felt great. I qualified for the "Platinum" privileged start group next time, which is a plus. For Platinum start, you need to be P/1/2 or have finished in under 5hr.

I outclassed all of the riders I was with, doing much of the work on the front and constantly trying to get a rotation, without success in most cases. Still, I felt great out there and really bonded with a few other riders who would actually trade pulls with me.

I guess that's what I get for valuing sleep over lining up super early. Next time, I can sleep in as late as I want as long as I'm there on time .

Maintenance 5' VO2 intervals saturday. AP about 290 for an interval that wasn't all-out, which is pleasing for late November. Still dropped by 20 or so watts for the remaining three. So not exactly easy, either.

Sunday, watched Koksijde, went and rode around for a couple hours practicing sand riding and bunny hopping. Never too late to start adding to the playbook. My legs are surprisingly ruined today. Real easy commute.

also surprisingly tired today, considering i rode less this weekend than i usually do on a weekend off from racing. probably a result of not having ridden my road race bike in a while.

also easy commute.

Back to the sweet spot. Hoping to get at least two of these sessions this week, maybe 3, and then a couple group rides.

Nice! I had a lot of friends riding that, including the first place female. I have never done it. The early start and high registration fee usually convince me to not bother. One of these years, I will!

Yeah, I'm not the biggest fan of the fee or the start, either.

Outside of that it was a good time! I have family in the area, and so I always like to visit regardless.

14 hours, ~700 TSS last week. Training, it has begun! (for me)

3 hours today, partially with Fudgy. He even wore the old team kit to make me feel better.

Yep. Last time I did it was 2013 during that storm - which was awful.

Did you ride this year @robabeatle?

Survived the MTB extravaganza. Really, really, really fun ride. A bunch of exposed crazy singletrack. Had to punch way above my weight class just to tag along. No injuries. Shredded a rear tire though, so it was a $50 ride.

Supposed to do 15ish hrs this week. 17.5 last week felt totally fine, but my coach thinks it'll result in form coming up too quickly so I've been told to back off a bit.

3hrs today.

More sweet spotting. TSB is going solidly negative. This is going to be a good build week.

90mins - 2x30 at 85%, feeling good (as I should with a TSB that seems to go positive at least once a week)

60 miles before work, half in the rain. Got to the city, tire slipped into a wet abandoned trolley track and I got a good lump on my hip. 10 minutes letter realized I lost my phone. Went back and couldn't find it, saw the street sweeper had passed and turned around and assumed it got my phone. Called my number from work and a guy picked up, said he found the phone in a puddle on his way to work. Crazy morning.

timer reset. I was kind of joking when I first made, now I wish I had tracked the dates...

I couldn't manage to train during the semester. But i have 1 week of classes left a few finals and I'll have a masters degree.

So it's time to start back up the training.

1 hr on Zwift. 110W average.

The deer hit me on October 18, so a bit over 5 weeks. Let's see if I can go a full 2 months!

Edit: @Ygduf
just trying out the mobile site, and the quote post didn't work.
