arm cover cutting off blood circulation
I bought these one-size fits all. After 30 minutes, my arm feels like it not getting enough of blood circulation. Edit: was able to cut the elastic band off. and now the cover is usable.

Whats the purpose, why not just form fitting wicking base layer. I see NFL players wearing stuff like that, you jumping off your bike to play football?

Arm warmers and sun sleeves are good for longer rides and rides in variable conditions ( like what also happens in the fall) where you may want a long sleeve jersey in the morning, but by midday, it’s too warm for it. You can just pull the sleeves off. Or vice verse as it cools off in the late afternoon.
Sun sleeves are also good for UV coverage, and are usually cooler than a typical long-sleeve jersey, which is usually intended for cool weather.
Compression sleeves (what you see football players wearing) are a heavier, more structured garment; kind of like the legs of bib shorts.
They may also be wearing protective sleeves to provide abrasion or impact protection, much like MTB riders often do.
OP appears to have warmers or sun sleeves, which are too small. Not uncommon with ‘Asian’ -branded garments from Am@zon and the like, which are notoriously under-sized.

Ill wear arm warmers because I want to stay warm, but dont necessarily need the same warmth over my entire upper body.
These are easy to remove when I want too.
Crazy thing is- I often ride with a fitted wicking baselayer. So that plus sleeves. Its a completely different feel than a long sleeve baselayer under my jersey.

Normally I would think someone is humble bragging, but then I look at your pic and know that isnt the case. I then also look at the poster and its confirmed- you really do need some guidance on what to do.
Go buy different sleeves. Try the larger size of that brand or try the same size of a different brand.
Please dont report back.

Honestly, your bicep and arm don't look big at all. Most likely it is just an improperly sized sleeve. Just buy a size bigger and call it a day.

Yeah.
The ad says one size fits all, men and women.
I also boughht a running shorts from same seller. It is also too small!
I cut the threads on the elastic band on the upper sleeve, to loosen it up. It is much better now. I think if I cut off the elastic band, would be even better.

3 different kinds; Arm warmers, for cooler weather, sun sleeves for SPF protection in sunny weather, and compression sleeves for muscle support.

And you believe that? One size fits all is just a B.S. marketing tactic. I always say one size fits some because unless you have some magical mythical material that can resize it self you cannot have a one size fits all. It sounds like the seller was too cheap to offer different sizes or maybe they fit on all of the sweatshop workers and they just cut off that part "one size fits all sweatshop workers".
