faster downhill
I have a road bike that I enjoy going fast on and I love it. I also have an........adventure, light touring, gravel, allroad, grocery getter, commuter, whatever you want to call it. I also love it. I like being able to go where I want and not be confined to the paved tarmac. Its great to get away from the road and traffic and noise. I sometimes ride it on a weekly group ride and keep up with the roadies. During super hot days most of the gravel around me has a canopy of trees that lower temps and increases wildlife and natural beauty. during the winter when the shoulder of the road is covered in rock salt and cinders the wider tubeless tires give me more confidence.
It works for me, don't hate
