Thanks for the kind remarks. Someday I'll get back on board with a photo hosting service and post pics with proper resolution. The Circuit really pops before compressing the .jpg down to <99kb

And it pops now! The Dura-Ace, wheels and bar tape are a perfect complement to that paint scheme. Gorgeous.

Thank you @RiddleOfSteel. At first I was leery about replacing the original Sante group but IMO it just wasn't a great match with the color scheme on the '89 Circuit. Sante looked much better on the '88 which had white accents instead of silver. I've had no regrets with the DA7400 though so glad I did it.

Fresh resto not ridden yet. Just letting the tires stretch a while before gluing and pedals from another bike and it's good to go. Yee Haw

She wasn't sure about the idea but after the last few rides she says that she's more comfortable using them on this bike. Now she'd like the triple back :-) so I've pulled it and the front derailleur off the Synapse. I got a shim so when I can clear the time I'll pull whatever it is on the Lotus and see if the sealed cartridge BB will fit. I suspect it will be fine. Oh, and the Compass tires made a difference too. She noticed the increased cush right away.

Not a bicycle as such, but I'm posting it anyway. If only to remind myself I need to make a bicycle out of this.

Repainted and rebranded by - I'm making assumptions here - Willi Mittelstädt of Leverkusen as a Levero. Originally probably a Milanetti, built by BMZ in Padua, Italy:

1976 Kabuki Diamond Formula
I bought this new in about 1976 when I first got serious about riding light weight ten/twelve speed bikes. Before that it was all about my Schwinn Varsity from high school days. Six years on the Varsity was enough! Joe

My Gitane Course, far from mint condition, but it gets used, well used.

And my Motobecane Grand Sport, still at the frame only stage, but next on the To Do List: -

Bianchi Strada - mid ‘80’s I think...

My first Bianchi, bought as a just powder coated bare frame only....out of a guy’s car trunk. (I didn’t ask any questions other than the price) Pretty much Shimano 6700 throughout. Fizik. Fulcrums.
