Falcon Fixie Value (Urgent)
Hey everybody,
I'm looking to buy a fixed speed road bike for general town use and occasional longer country trips and even multi-day camping trips (wearing a small backpack). My friend happens to be selling the Falcon one linked here, and it's really convenient for me. I'm wondering whether it would be a good buy at £140 ($220) with a D lock included?

I'm not sure of the exact model. I gather that Falcon's are of pretty good quality and ride nicely, and this one seems to be well maintained. I'm not looking for suggestions of other bikes; I'm simply asking whether this bike will suit my simple needs for a year or so with good maintenance?

It's a nice enough frame, but rather tall. Is the rear hub a track hub with a reverse-threaded lockring?
