Spinning bike bearings

any ideas where i can find bearings for a spinning bike? Is it easy to change bearing by myself?

Welcome Nicando, I can't help with the source for the bearings that you are asking about...check out the other sections on the Forum for advice...maybe adaptive cycling or the main CV forum can help.
