This. plus M2-M10 hex bits has been a great addition to my toolbox. I use it in lieu of standalone hex keys for most things nowadays.

Yup, the stuff folks above listed. In particular I'd have gone for the Knipex and Dremel. Recently I bought tools that better suited my skimpy budget: Irwin sliding pliers, Channel Lock 8WCB "WideAzz" adjustable wrench, Wen AC powered moto tool. If someone had given me a gift card I'd have gone for the Knipex and Dremel cordless. Although the Channel Lock adjustable wrench still would have been on my list -- the unusually wide opening but narrow jaws, shortish handle and precise adjustment (as adjustable wrenches go -- minimal slop) make it handy for some bike chores.

Hold the phone, if they sell Knipex pliers wrenches, buy a 10" or 12" pair.
They demolish adjustable wrenches in terms of performance and utility.

+1! I got a small cordless unit just for my toe nails! but did come in handy installing a set of fenders. but I must say, the cordless unit doesn't have much torque. I would dig a beefier plug-in unit

100% Knipex wrench pliars if you don't have some already--my favorite tool that I could probably could make do without, but will use a dozen times on a given repair if I have it.

Plastic mini level (8-10 inch), maybe two of them for setting or checking if stuff is plumb and level on bike. I just confirmed I have a bent saddle rail using a pair of these (one on seat tube's side and one across saddle). Bag of various size zip ties, metric tape measure.
