I need a shim!
I somehow ended up with a Salsa Cyclocross Brake Lever. The only thing is that my bars are 26.0 and I don't have the shim that comes with the levers to take the clamp size down from 31.8. I know most fixed gear riders only use one lever so I am hoping that someone has an extra shim in their parts box that they will be willing to sell or possibly even give me. Anyone? Thanks so much.

Use some old bar tape or go to your LBS and see if they have any of the rubber shims from the cateye lights laying around.

Electrical tape works pretty good.
