Training Bibles

Let me preface by saying that I am cross-posting this in the Mountain Biking, Road Biking, and Training and Nutrition Forums so that I can collect and assess as much info as possible.

What are the key differences between the Friel's "Road Cyclists Training Bible" and the "Mountain Bikers Training Bible"

I am primarily a mountain bike racer but rarely train on the mountain bike. Which one should I choose? My main question though it the first one asking about the differences. Thank you very much.
