Motobecane Grand Jubile for sale
Selling a Motobecane Grand Jubile that I just finished building up. Has the desirable Huret Jubilee derailleurs. Stronglight cranks, Pivo bars and stem. Ideale saddle. Fully overhauled. New Panaracer Pasela tires and tubes, brake pads, and bar tape. I measure seat tube as ~ 24.25 inches center to center. Asking $400.

Nice! Curious if you are measuring from center to top to the top of he seat lug or center to center?

Good price with that setup. I have the '75 with Jubilee and the same paint scheme, a head-turner and an excellent ride.

I just got one of these earlier this spring from bargainguy and it is easily the most comfortable vintage bike I've ridden. If you research this early model you'll find that's the general consensus - it's a fantastic "sport touring" bike that someone will be lucky to own.

ARGHH! I think this is just a size too big for me.
Spent about 30 minutes rummaging around parts to see what I could sell off to buy this before I did some measurements on my own bikes.

How long is the top tube? The leg height is just right but I'm afraid these French frames usually have a much longer reach than I prefer... Worth asking, though. It's a beautiful bike!

I think so too. I have to say the color scheme and Jubliee are mighty pretty. If I lived in a house with a basement and garage n+1 would be in full effect.
