Let's Honor All Those That Sacrificed
Let us take pause for a moment to remember and honor the fathers, mothers, sons and daughters that left their families and made the ultimate sacrifice for us and their country.....Giving us the freedom we now enjoy today.

Honor to those who have fallen.
Genuine Dignity to those living maimed and/or damaged and those combat zone PTSD'd.
Keep it a solemn Holiday, so our elected leaders only commit our lives for just and morally honorable causes, not economic enrichment of our overseas corporate interests or merely the economic benefits of waging war around the world. If ever there was a holiday to not 'celebrate' it's Memorial Day. YMMV.
Veteran (from a family of 4 veteran siblings), pacifist, resister - favoring 2-4 years of universal service for all citizens, whether military or social service. No exemptions for the wealthy or bonespurred. Serve your country or be a hypocrite.
