Trek for cost of shipping
I have this Trek 1.2 bike that is going to leave the shop. N+ too many should be the reason. It is complete but needs a few details like cable housing colors. Cost of shipping only and comes with new 9spd chain. Size is close to 54cm but sloping top tube changes the measurements. Neubaums tape and completely overhauled. I am going to leave this up for a week and then it goes to the co-op. PM me if interested. Pics:
Bike is complete but needs a couple of cable housing decisions. I was going to use it on a trainer but I have too many bikes here.
It has a lot of new parts like tires, tubes and other consumables.

“Close to 54” ?. How hard is it to measure ?. Center of crank to center of seat tube where the top tube meets, but the useful measurement is effective top tube, center of head tube to the center of the seatpost, if a sloped top tube, yields effective top tube.

Bikes with sloped top tubes are measured to where the top tube would intersect the seat tube if it were level coming out of the head tube, so they are a little difficult to measure.

Thank you, I forgot to add that the ETT measurement is a level line from head tube to likely the seat post on a frame with a sloped top tube,

Very nice bike, extremely generous offer, MadHonk. Bless your heart!
For those who wish to persist in looking this particular gift horse in the mouth:
Head tube length looks to be around 120 mm, which tells me that it would fit me fine. That's my preferred measurement for road-racing-geometry bikes with sloping top tubes. I note but otherwise ignore the nominal frame size/seat tube measurement when I look at road bikes with sloping top tubes from that era.
Might need a different stem length to dial it in, but that would be true even if MadHonk provided all possible seat tube measurements.

Seat tube from center of BB to center of TT is 45cm And center of bb to top of seat is 62cm as it sits. On my 53cm Ochsner the center of BB to top of seat is 64cm. If that gives you any comparison. I can look around and maybe find a shorter stem, but right now it just needs to leave the shop. If there is no interest here it will go to my co-op where they will likely get a few hundred dollars for it. Smiles, MH
