Basso year and value
What model of Basso is this? What year?
And what's the value of the bike?
It belongs to a person who sold me some bikes. And still has a bunch of bikes. I don't know if I afford to buy the Basso, but I will try to help him selling the bike.

Based on the combination of a front derailleur hanger and Portacatena dropouts, I'd put this circa 1982-1983. Tubing decals indicate Columbus SL or SP. Given the tall frame, it should be SP. The combination of frame features and tubeset are indicative of a Basso Gap. Serial number?

The seller said is.no serial number on the bb, except 61 which is probably the frame size.

Agreed that it is likely a 1982, early 1983 Gap. Braze on FD hanger began after 1981, and I haven't seen any 1984s with the portacatena thingy dropout.
I am pretty sure the decal went to the white banner in 1984, and the dropouts were "Basso" 1984 and later.
