Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

2014 41 Kit – Vote for Design

I think we have gone through enough designs and feedback to get a vote going.

The top two designs (1 and 2) are done by member EnstiMike.

The bottom two (3 and 4) are done by myself.

Whoever gets the most votes will move foreword to production with minor changes, edits, clean-up's, and considerations of changes based on feedback.

Just comment with the number above the jersey you like (1,2,3, or 4) and any minor feedback you might have.

Thanks!

My vote goes for #1 because A) It is white B) It is the best design.
I always choose comfort over fashion and in sunny California a black jersey makes absolutely no sense. I will probably be in the minority on this though because most people value fashion over comfort.

Although the B F on the shoulders looks odd to me.

#3 is a winner. Perfect for a melting hot mid summer century. What is the little multi-colored ribbon on the collar?

The multi color ribbon represents the BF flame. EnstiMike's design uses the actual flame but I feel it looks too clip-art-like and just adopted the colors for my design.

Each category in Bike Forums is/was designated a number. "33" for Road Bike Racing, "41" for Road Cycling. At least that's what it used to be. I guess it has since been removed but "The 41" is still commonly used to refer to the Road Cycling category

Exactly why I stated:

Whatever gets the most votes will move foreword to production with minor changes, edits, clean-up's, and considerations of changes based on feedback.

You can clean it up and I can insert a new image in place of the other ones.

Just chiming in as I am never on the road forum, either #1 or #4 .

You should make a poll for the top two.

Hybrid

Wow, I need more kit like I need a hole in my wallet, must say that I like #1 though.
Only nit picks are the sleeves, B/F on the sleeves looks wrong and will be mistaken for Face Book (F/B) by most, that's funny.
Those big letters BFRC on the front is just wrong/awful looking to me.
Love the back, combine the back of #1 with the front and sleeves from #4 and you have a winner for me.
Hybrid Vote Here #1 back/#4 front
And I like all of the color schemes one through four, black and white colors are dominate and the accent colors aren't overpowering or pastel Forever 21'ish.
I'd say good job so far, like what I see.

Let's try and stick to one vote per person. Thanks!
