Wow, just goes to show that there are still brand-new bikes from the 80's sitting in people's garages waiting to be put up for sale.
I found literally two of the Two-Ten touring models in the same year back around 2007. Different sources, both were ~57cm and the light gold color. One was nearly mint and the other was literally new, so I've kept that one with it's original tires still un-worn. Not a scratch on it (which is better than most bikes leaving the shop for the first time)!
Be sure and oil the mechanism inside of the box that the shifters are mounted on, that's the "Symmetric" mechanism that trims the front derailer for you. Great shifters!

That's what my 310 looked like 36 years ago, except mine is Burgundy. Somehow I got someone else's owner's manual, as it has Blue Mist written on the cover. Note the 100 psi tires, on rims that only had the barest hint of a hook on the bead.

Wow your 310 is in pristine condition, a lot better than I found mine. It is an Australian spec so slightly different that yours. It has full Shimano 105 1050 with the gear shifters on the side of the downtube rather than the top. Brake levers are not BL-1050 however I have managed to find some with gum hoods to refit during the rebuild. Also have a Rolls San Marco saddle for it and going with Panaracer Pasela tan wall tyres.
