Not sure why you would even suspect it isn't original, but it seems to be. Who would fake a Panasonic MTB? To what end? It appears very similar to several I found when I searched. There is even a thread on a very similar one here...

Like TugaDude said, why fake a Panasonic MTB? There is no profit to be gained. It is real.

If by "original" you mean "not modified", then no, it appears to not be original. The brakes appear to have been changed from cantilever to linear pull. It also appears to have a 9-speed cassette, which is likely not original to the bike. Another clue to that is the derailleur hanger extension that was installed, to enable the original derailleur to clear the larger sprockets. It also has what appear to be newer Deore shifters.
If by "original" you mean "legitimate", then I agree with the others that it probably is a genuine Panasonic MTB.
That said, the word "Professional" is misspelled on the chain stay, at least in English, which is something I wouldn't expect to see. Perhaps that spelling is correct for other languages (such as Spanish).

Please tell us what country you're in. I'm fascinated by the idea this bike is worth 700 to 1000 US somewhere. I can get bikes that are similar to that here in North East Florida for around 50 to 150 US.

[QUOTE=Ekaadhityak;21688529]Indonesia mate. here I attached the adds Panasonic bike sell in my country. its Indonesian rupiah 18.000.000 around 1100 USD
Man, that's crazy! Where I live that would be about $275 US dollars. Is it just Panasonic bikes that are expensive there? Or, are good bikes just hard to come by? I can understand If it's some kind of cultural bias about a particular bike brand. In the USA Italian bikes are 3X higher than anything else. They're great bikes but, you can get equivalent rides from Taiwan for much less.

"Professional" is misspelled on the top tube also. "Profesional Bicycle Brand Panasonic"
Is that how Panasonic bikes are branded in Indonesia? If so, then it's probably genuine. If not, it could be a clue that it's something else with Panasonic stickers.

Go on ebay and get one for 1/2 that amount. Find something that ships to Jakarta Utara through Singapore. Save big dollars. $$$$. Be good. Have fun.

I would agree it is a Panasonic just with a lot of none original questionable components. Shifter,s, bars, stem, brakes and maybe wheels. For the price I really don't like the setup with lesser 9speed stuff mixed with 8speed stuff and downgraded different type brakes doesn't look well done. Also for the prices bikes are going for in the OP's market you would think they would wash the bike before they took photo's. I would say pass on this one If your going to spend this kind of money on a vintage MTB look for something that is really nice original condition with matching LX or DX component's.
