Had it to 33 mph (flat terrain, no wind, 180 pound rider sitting up). Possibly a little faster, but that was enough. Wonder what it would achieve with my 118 pound wife, but won't find out.

GoCargo Bike Gopowerbike.com
I got this e-cargo bike pre-pandemic, and then saved and schemed how I would carry my preschooler safely. Came up with adding the Surly deck, kid corral (bars around the deck, with padding), and slings for cargo (the black saddlebags, also Surly). I also added the Ortlieb e-glow handlebar bag up front.
It has a front headlight powered by the battery, and a red flashing rear light that takes batteries. I also put a slow vehicle triangle on the back, as well as a high-visibility flag (cut off in this picture--it's about as tall as most SUVs and pickup trucks around here).
I've been commuting to work the past 3 years, but now with my kiddo going to a new school, I'll be taking drop-off instead of pick-up. Before I had my commuter bike, and I would just ride back to my vehicle (8.5 mi/13.6 km each way), put the bike on a rack, then go pick up my offspring in the car. But now, with taking her to school in the mornings and my spouse will pick up, I needed a way to take the kid with me. And e-assist will be very nice for a 10.5mi/16.8km each way commute.
The GoCargo has a 48v single battery, with attachment points for a second battery later. It has a 750W motor (Bafang I think?). It has a throttle, and pedal assist from 0 to 5. Shimano 7 speed derailleur. I got clipless pedals so I can use my cycling shoes, and while the stock saddle is quite good, I'm tempted to switch over my beloved Brooks Imperial B17S saddle. It has fairly fat tires, Kenda Juggernaut 26" x 2.6", although I'm a fan of Schwalbe Marathons, so I will probably switch to those when I'm ready.
Got the Yepp seat and EasyFit adapter to attach it to my rack used (yay). The yellow bag behind the child seat is a 21L Ortlieb RackPack bag. I also have Ortlieb classic back roller panniers, which I can use for when I want 100% waterproof assurance for cargo, which were my go-to panniers when I was commuting solo on my regular bike.
Now my only issue is that my 4 year old is terrified to ride on it, even with the kid seat. She has ridden in a trailer on my regular bike, and she has no problem with that, but this one she does. I'm hoping before long she's a speed demon and loves riding. I do know that, since I love to ride year-round, I will have to get creative with wind-blocking and other methods to keep her cozy, warm, and dry on our commutes.

Trailer usually allow kids to have good field of vision while traveling, sitting behind may have field of vision blocked by the rider, hence the possible terror.
Sitting up high above ground may also cause anxiety, maybe have her get used to riding on your shoulders while walking first; to get used to being high above ground.
Give 4 y-o clear instructions where to hold to keep herself steady while in motion, on the bike and on your shoulders.

I'm not sure about charging yet, so I bought a second charger from Luna Cycles that I can adjust the amperage, and I swapped out the XT60 connector for a barrel connector. I will probably keep the Luna charger at home, and the one that came with the bike at work. We'll see!
Although I was reading somewhere that some people recommend only charging bike batteries outside, and in a fireproof container such as a barbecue grill (??). I guess if a Li-ion battery catches fire, you don't want it to be indoors! So I'm nervous about that--but the bike was 76 lb (34 kg.) without all my crazy accessories--additional deck, kid corral, child seat, and bags--so I don't want to run out of juice hauling all that home.

My favorite so far bc of the 3D printed tires
I found this gem at a farm in Agoura Hills. They bought all of the Lime utility ride share pedal-assists and converted to electric with throttle. ive had it 6 months and havent had to do any maintenace! Airless tires! I'm new to electric bikes- does anyone else have airless tires? Isn't this cool?!

our e tandem. it needed some upgrades like lower gearing so we could climb better and much better disc brakes. it has a bosch performance motor on it. almost wish for the speed motor as this cuts out at 19 or so but that's usually fast enough.

Thanks 2Old, I wanted a stealth bomber for about 8 years. But the base price for one is 10k. So I went and parted one together for 1.8k instead and mine has road lights LOL theirs don't have any light.
