All three are low end/ department store bikes. The Diamondbacks are Vipers and I'm not sure of the Redline but they are late 90's early 2000's. The chrome Diamondback could be a little older maybe mid 90's and is a hodgepodge of parts. The frame itself might be a little nicer than the other two, but still nothing high end.

The first frame actually looks pretty cool other than what looks like dings and peeling chrome at seatstay. Its 4130 so I wouldn't think it low end department store. Dont see a fork. Not worth dealing with overall

I doubt that it's full 4130 maybe just the front or rear triangle, or maybe just the seat tube, the decal does say "tube". Also the loose ball bottom bracket makes me think it's lower end, maybe not department store, but definitely at the low end of the line up.

None of them are Department store bikes. But they are not high end.
