What's it worth - Specialized Carve 29er 2012 and Bike Lot

I'd appreciate any advice as to whether this Craigslist listing would be a good deal: https://philadelphia.craigslist.org/bop/6948208464.html
I'm getting back into biking and I'm looking for both a road bike and a MTB. Both bikes happen to be my size. The CAAD9 (BB30) - the seller says it was powder coated to cover up a college team's markings (?).
