OK, I'm 61.4 years old or whatever. 5'8"/200# Yeah, to most people, I'm a 'near Clyde', yet my total cholesterol is 182. My resting pulse rate is somewhere between 57-63, sleeping is 50-53. When I commute 12.5 miles each way by bike at ~20mph riding speed, my average pulse goes up to around 125, and maybe a max rate of 140, and recovers to under 75 in less than three or four minutes. My doctors are confounded by my numbers versus 'normal conventions'.

Tell me, what constitutes being 'out of shape'?
