This bike is beautiful. It's one of the 650b models with hi tensile steel frame right? Looks like one of the early versions of a PX 60.

Yeah - the tires are 650B. And the generator work and the lights light up !!
My wife picked it up in trade a few years ago because it had a new blond leather Brooks saddle but it has a 23 inch frame, a bit big for her, so it has been hanging in the basement ever since. I'll put it on CL when the weather warms up.

I had one like that, only newer like early 80's.
Still it was 650B with alloy rims and I think it was called PX45. Brought a few hundred dollars in iir.
Yours has the head badge and graphics style of a 1960's through 1970 model.

Just a thought, but posting it for sale here may be a good choice as well. You'll likely get less haggling and low ball offers because people here know exactly what they are looking at and why they want it, and it is almost guaranteed to go to an appreciative home where it will be ridden, admired and well taken care of.

Welcome to why I'm not particularly bothered that my new shop isn't going to be anything as extensive as the lost one. The market just isn't there anymore, and I'm looking at spending the next two years or so just semi-rebuilding the parts department and and replacing lost tools. I figure 2020 is going to be nothing more than personal builds and maintenance, maybe start doing outside work sometime next year.

You are in a unique, strong market. In my area, the market for the bikes you have hanging there has been DEAD for 4 or 5 years. OK, I could still sell the two Bianchis you have there, but at prices you would not want to hear.
I have donated most of the ones I have had left. The flip game is over here, and has been over for a while. Sounds like your market is just now seeing what I have been seeing for years. Local buyers want nothing to do with DT shifters, most don't want a bike with bar end shifters either. The price of used lower end STI bikes has gotten so low, that it has displaced the demand for older bikes. Here, if you are patient, you can find a used, name brand bike with STI shifters in the $100 to $150 range. There continue to be sellers that think their bikes are worth more, but you see those listings posted for months on end.
I see a nice, Japanese touring bike from a respected brand right now for $75, and its been for sale for a while. Back in the flip prime, I sold similar vintage touring bikes for $400. And they sold fast.
IMHO, it's over. Stick a fork in it. Dead. Lower prices to levels you are not accustomed to and move remaining stock. Part some out. Donate some others. And put a select few up on Ebay, bikes that are special.
To anyone in a market where they can still sell nice vintage middle level or lower bikes, sell them NOW. I would expect your market to eventually become like mine. You may be enjoying a lag right now. It will not last.
