Cannondale Bad Boy 3
Hi, this is my first post! Sorry if I use the wrong terms.
I have a Cannondale Bad Boy 3 from 2015 I have Schwalbe Kojak Race Guard, 700x28c tires on my bike. I am a large guy 300pounds and I want to get a bigger wheel and tire on my bike (thicker). But with all the different sizes I am confused what to get.
Would love some recommendations.
Thanks

Try looking at some wider tires. You should most likely be able to fit 700x32c or larger tires on that thing. . The later year models are running 40c wide tires.

Thanks, i still think they are a little thin, I wanted to replace the wheels as well. But I read they need to match the disc brakes

You could get some 650B wheels and mount 47mm-wide tires on those. But beware, the cost of the 650B wheelset and tires will be a few hundred bucks at least. More if you want new brake rotors on the second wheelset.

Welcome to the...
hehe... I was obsessed with Bad Boy Club clothing back in the 80's and 90's, so I just had to bring it back.
Kidding aside, the Bad Boy 3 is an interesting bike I didn't know existed. Low price, simple, durable looking... I think I like it! I'm surprised it's not a 1x to simplify things even further.

Ride and handling is a lot more like my NORBA -era F1000, than a modern MTB. Which isn’t a bad thing for a city bike.
