Ghiblis are very nice bikes. In that condition, I don’t think $1300 is outlandish...perhaps a bit more.
...that said, $3000 is crazy.

This Rossin looks barely used. I can sort of understand why the seller is asking so much. Here in Vancouver, something of this pedigree and condition would sell for between $1,500 and $1,750 CAD.
People seem to be asking and getting strong money for their used vintage steel-framed bikes but few are anywhere close to this condition. It's a sellers' market right now for rideable bikes.

As nice as that bike is, the price is beyond obscene. It would have to be pristine never ridden before I would even contemplate that. Plus it would have to be a grail bike for me to drop that kind of coin. If that bike belongs to Cam, he will eBay it and sell it to someone in Japan or the Philippines where he will get that kind of coin. I have talked to him about this before. If it doesn't belong to him, well they should do the same thing. When you first posted the bike, I figured $1500 Cdn because you said the price was high but $3000, you could do so much better. First don't buy from a re-seller.
