I did 30 miles for the first time today

I set my personal record today and rode over 30 miles for the first time on my Giant Escape. I never thought I would ride this far when I started in 2013.

Nice work! My personal highest for one ride is about 30 miles as well. I haven't had a lot of time lately to go much longer than 10 at a time. A long ride is so relaxing.

Congrats. Was your rear end hurting after the ride?

My rear is pretty used to being on the saddle. I stand up going downhill sometimes just to get up and let my backside relax. I can’t ride out of the saddle at all. It hurts my knees every time.
