How would you price this 80s steel touring bike?

How would you price this 80s steel touring bike?
Having trouble deciding what to price this at and curious to see what others here think.
63cm frame, 4130 main triangle, cantis, has a rear rack and mounting points on the fork for a front. Shimano RD-AL11 derailleur with downtube shifters. Triple crankset with half-step plus granny gearing. Made by Giant (bottom bracket shell stamped "G0486") but branded as a "Concord Royale Tour." Everything re-greased, new chain, new cables, new bar wrap, new tires.
Pretty nice touring bike but I think the unknown brand will hurt its value a bit. What do you guys think?

My gut says $275-300 would be the top of the market.

I'd remove the rack, reroute the rear brake cable over the bars, lower the stem a little, trim the brake housing, center the tire labels over the stems, add a good looking water bottle, and take it outside to a nice spot for glamour shots.

Does it have a "Made in Japan" sticker on it? I thought these were made by Kuwahara?
If so, definitely mention it and take a clear photo of it in your listing.
You've got the touring saddle and touring rack and touring gears, you might as well go whole hog and purchase some nice chrome-plastic fenders for $30-ish and ask for $400.

It's got cantilever brakes and, would be good for hilly terrain. Looks good. Refurbished with new consumables. I wouldn't take less than $250 for it. But ask for as much as you can.

Made in Taiwan and as far as I know the "G0486" on the bottom bracket shell indicates Giant, April 1986- this is the first Concord I've picked up that wasn't a Kuwahara. Interestingly in the three-ish weeks since I got this one I've bought two lower-end Concords that were also made in Taiwan, but not by Giant.

Agree with the max around $300.
Definitely sell now - Covid seems to have added an extra $100 to prices and demand is very high.
