Technically, today I only got the angle of my new Specialized Milano adjusted, since I bought the seat yesterday, but what the hell, close enough!

Today I donated my Ergon GP1's and silver Giant bar ends to my girlfriends bike, and grabbed a set of black Giant bar ends, this time mounted inside my new Ergon GP2's, oh and a few days ago I took out the last spacer on the stem. Yes I'm aware the front brake isn't hooked up, this was taken just after I got it out of my truck, I hooked the brake up right after this photo was taken.

Why did you take the spacers out from your stem?

I meant that I moved the last spacer to above my stem, as in the stem is now both inverted and slammed.

All is good. I kept the red cable of course for when I get the urge to change back. Initially I was only going to change the rear cables to black but when i viewed it from the front, I figured the red on the bars and the touches on the saddle were enough.
My friend here suggested white cables....So many ideas. At least a metre of cable's only a dollar.

Swapped out my 700x35c tires for a set of 700x28c Continental Gatorskins. So far I love how it rides. The next step will be to change out the cassette to gain a tighter gear range.

I put Ergon GP5 bar end grips on my Giant Escape. It looks like my bars are flexing it's biceps.

Insatlled Shimano PD-M520 pedals on my Giant Roam 1. This is my very first clipless pedal and I love it. Also got Diadora shoes for me self. Weird how much easier spinning the padals feels. Also I have no idea how so many people end up falling.

As we all know, your saddle must match your grips.
I saw these at the local Project One shop. Sadly this shop is freeeeeeekin expensive as were the price of these grips. (for me anyway)
The problem is I'm convinced they would look hot on my bike...

These will match your bike great especially when you put the red cables back on.

Added some Pro Grip straps to my pedals. Didn't want to go clip-less and didn't really want a foot cage. So far I really like them. It's nice not having my foot slide forward with each shift.

I find those bars intriguing also. How is the feel/control when using them?

The inside bar ends are Giant Contact AL bar ends. They worked fairly well for me, though this bike has since been donated to my girlfriend and I'm now riding a Defy Composite 1...

Change back to my original 32T chainring..still plenty of high range just wanted to break in the hub a little! Since I waxed my chain on the Kona a while back I went ahead and waxed this chain. I'll be doing my 1st oil change in the hub soon.

replaced the chain and the derailleur pulleys. Pulleys had a bit more slop then I thought they should, sure enough new ones much tighter, the chain was still within specs for usable . Plus a full bike clean , lube and adjust.
then went for a easy pace 15 mile ride

Are pulleys, jockey wheels? If yes make sure you use a product like loctite on the bolts.
