I got in over 1,000 loaded touring miles. Since each is worth at least 10 unloaded miles I’m over 10,000 for the years. Go me!

5,400 miles. About a tenth of that being new roads/new places. Would like to get the new roads/new places mileage to 1,000 miles in 2020.

About twice as many as last year but I missed my goal of 8,000 miles by a good margin.

Strava does keep track of them separately, but I don't know how to easily find it. I think I'm somewhere around 4,1XX real miles, plus another two or three hundred on the trainer.

Just over 3,000 miles.
I had a ****ty October, November and December and was barely on the bike.
Gained 10 pounds and just sat on my ass.

6651. Down from 7200 last year. That's ok. Wet winters don't go well. I'd rather have freezing cold but dry.
More importantly, I couldn't figure out why I was feeling so exhausted and couldn't recover from riding this year. Then in August I had my physical. Bloodwork came back and I was slightly anemic. Too much tea - letting it steep for too long - the tannins and acids the different teas have can block iron absorption. Cut back on tea and I'm not anemic anymore. Hoping that helps for this year!

3,071 miles on the bike this year. Clicked off a long ride of 145 miles. Looking forward to hitting 200 miles as a goal next year.
Beginning in August I realized I needed better work/life/workout balance and took up jogging as my primary physical activity. I was also looking for a way to stay active outside over winter. Proud to report I have 500 miles of jogging under my belt now.

5,044 miles & 382,000 feet climbing.
Pretty happy with that. Mid-year, I hit a real slump and was behind pace by about 400 miles at one point.
A big local event ride in early November got me motivated to put in more training and got me back on track.

Compared to far too many people here.. I lagged this year... A LOT but if it makes others feel better that's fine too.

1,600. Then I broke a rib, collapsed a lung, and got tendinitis in my ankle. I'm still trying to heal the tendinitis. This is the fewest miles I've ever done, on the bike, hiking, all around. Don't get injured.

About 5k miles/184k feet. Longest ride was 762.5 miles at PBP, though admittedly there was sleeping involved.
Zero since October 10th, the day of the broken neck ride. With any luck my first 2020 miles will be January 3rd, when this blasted neck brace comes off and associated restrictions lifted.
