Trek 7.3 value
Guys, I can get a deal on a one year old trek 7.3. It's really nice. I was thinking of flipping it. What do you think it would be worth? I'm in Ohio

The 7.3 is $650 new, $600 if you get a decent deal and probably less if you wait until the end of the season and look for leftover stock. I'd put resale around $400-$450 and subtract from that the older it gets.

With the March sale going on, my LBS has the 7.3 for $600. Not a bad deal at all.

I just bought a like new 7.2 FX for $450 CAD, and it is $680 CAD taxes in. That's a 33% off new price, which I thought was fair market value for a bike used for 4 months. I hope you are getting it closer to 45% off new. So long as you turn at least 10% profit, I think you will do alright in terms of an investment.
