If you have a lot of extra time on your hands, and like starting really long rides at 4am, you could also go down the Randonneuring rabbit hole.

Century!!!

Well I’ve been sort of scared to go for the century since I’ve been getting sit bone pain around mile 40 or so on my rides.

This morning I just decided to go for it (after listening to David Goggins on Youtube lol) and I made it! I had some discomfort for miles 45-55 or so but after that I think I just got used to it.




Next up Olympic triathlon! I have a LOT of swim training to do though.
