How do I remove end caps from FSA wheels?

I have FSA Vision Team 30 Disc wheels. I need to convert the rear wheel from thru-axle to QR. I cannot figure out how to remove the end caps. Does anyone know how to do this?

Your local bike shop probably has one of these https://uniorusa.com/products/hub-genie-12-15mm-1758-4
Not sure if there is a cheap alternative

This should be posted in 'bicycle mechanics' not GD. I can't remember whether they have 5mm allen sockets in the end or whether they just pull off. 'Just pull off'...meaning all you need is an axle vise. Normally they won't come off by hand. Try searching YT for a video.
