Help me sort my bowels

"Eating a meal causes your body to speed things up and move previous meals more quickly through the intestine. You may be able to control the timing of when you need to poop by controlling when you eat or don't eat before a ride, or possibly with the size of your meal."
This is exactly what I do. All my life I have pooped twice in the am before work or play. I always eat fruits and a bite of chocolate when I wake up and like clock work 45 minutes later I am on the can. 30 minutes after that I am back to the jon to go one more time. Won't go #2 for the rest of the day. One thing to note is I eat a lot of roughage each day, and don't eat much red meat, perhaps once a month at best.
